O.K. Training offers professional one-on-one sessions to women aged sixteen and older to promote women- empowerment and the rehabilitation of their self-confidence. She might have lost herself throughout her life from womanhood, motherhood, work life, and being a partner. We at O.K. Training don't only focus on the physical aspect of training; we focus on developing evergreen relationships. Once you become a client of O.K. Training, you are set up to master the most selfish element of yourself. That is obtaining your dream body and healing all parts of you by discovering the powerful woman that you are.

My name is Cleeford Narcisse. I’m a fitness coach with over 3 years of experience working with adults, youth and athlete client’s. I provide 1:1 personal training, group sessions and youth athletic training. Also with my background as a Nurse, it’s my responsibility to give you the proper nutrition knowledge to keep you moving healthy. My goal is to empower and inspire you to live a healthier, more active life. We design products and experiences that fit seamlessly into your life so you can achieve your health and fitness goals. Committed to providing a holistic approach to fitness and reaching client's goals. Fitness plays a big part in our life; being active can improve your brain health, reduce risk of disease, reduce levels of stress/ anxiety, strengthen bones, and help you with everyday activity. As a  Fitness Coach , my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations I believe all Individuals have that beast inside of us that needs it to be unleashed. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

By guiding your nutrition, supplements, and life habits, I teach you how to create and maintain the strongest and most functional version of you.
